RENTING
My name is Christina and Villa Fraten is my vacation home. For years I searched for the perfect spot for building a house close to the Baltic and after the first visited Fraten I totally fell in love.

After ten years of exploration to find this gem the house was ready in 2001. It was built with the help of local carpenters with the directives to allow the nature around the house to be undisturbed. My family lived first in the house all year, now it's our vacation home and my favorite place. I started renting out to give more chance to be in this uniquely beautiful place.
Welcome to rent and be careful with nature so more people can enjoy it
