Villa Fraten is an architect-designed holiday home which is bright and airy with spacious living areas, fireplace, sauna and and terraces for morning and evening sun. Through the large windows you have contact with both the sea and the forest.

The location is breathtaking and offers panoramic views of the Baltic sea and a silence difficult to find elsewhere.

The wonderful small town of Trosa is not far away and Stockholm is only an hour away by car.

There is a private island with beautiful cliffs where you can bathe, relax on the jetty and it is also suitable for fishing.

The property has private fishing spots and in this secluded place you can see deer, mooses and sea eagles

It is a splendid location in a very quite area in the middle of the forest with a sea view and a lot of moss, cliffs and beautiful trees.

The picturesque town of Trosa with its charming old houses, harbour and restaurants (see picture) is only 15 km away and you can reach Stockholm by car in an hour.
